Remanent setting of DCP Set not working as expected

            Description

            Starting with PNM V3.5.0.0 a new meachnism regarding device data and remanent data was introduced. Since then, the remanent data needs to be loaded before configuring the Profinet IO Controller stack. Due this the previous mechanism of restoring address settings from remanent parameters was changed. Unfortunately, the new mechanism does not work properly, resotring the IP address setting from remanent data fails.
