multiple fast SystemResets may leave firmware in unuseable state

            Description

            If firmware is configured with a database file which is stored in a flash filesystem, and if two SystemResets are performed with a very short gap between them, the following issue may occur:

            • Firmware reports error "ERR_HIL_INIT_FAULT" in communication status ( 0xC0000100 )
            • file system cannot be accessed 

            Another SystemReset in this scenario typically solves the issue.
