            Description

            The firmware reserves a specific amount of memory for usage of configuration parameters. In case the configuration contains more parameter data than buffer capacity, this is currently rejected with error "HIL_OUT_OF_MEMORY" 0xC0000003.

            In case application sends the packets individually, this may be sufficient. However, in case of offline database configuration, it is hard to find out, why the configuration failed.

            A new error code ERR_PNM_AP_CFG_RECORD_STORAGE_FULL is introduced to explicitly indicate this situation of "too much record data".
