invalid default number for tag list entry product identification for NXLFW

The taglist offers possibility to modify the Profinet identification numbers VendorID and DeviceID in case of database usage. The tag itself is inactive by default. The default value for DeviceID in taglist is 0 for netX100/500 NXLFW, which is an invalid number.

It is expected, that the default number is at least a valid number. Proposal is to use the default Hilscher DeviceID for the specific firmware as used by Sycon.net -> 0x203
