Ethernet Interface Channel reports different Protocol Class than declared in Fileheader

            Description

            In each firmwares fileheader, the second communication class is declared to have Communication Class HIL_PROT_CLASS_NETWORK_SERVICES. However reading the communication class of second channel via driver after booting the firmware returns 

            HIL_PROT_CLASS_ETHERNET.
            It is expected that at least in case of unchanged Taglist, the channel returns the same communication class as declared in the header, thus fileheader shall be modified to use HIL_PROT_CLASS_ETHERNET.
