database configuration not working for loadable module

            Description

            When using loadable module with cifX card it is not possible to configure the protocol stack via Sycon.net database. After filedownload and ChannelInit the firmware is still unconfigured. It does not report any kind of configuration error either.

            Using the same database file with cifX loadable firmware works as expected. Using the same database file with loadable module V3.3.0.x works as well.
