Stuck for some time during startup of communication

            Description

            When the protocol stack is configured for application controlled startup and the communication is started several minutes after poweron, long delays are observed during establishing connections. In that time the CPU Load is at 100%.

            The problem is most likely observed with LFW configured by database with application controlled startup when the communication is started several minutes after power on.
