            Description

            The taglist of all firmware files shall be extended with the newly defined tag to set the Phy enable timeout.

            If a timeout is given, the Phys shall be automatically activated by the firmware after the given timeout. If timeout is set to 0 (which shall be the default value) the Phys shall not be automatically enabled.
