Communication not established when switching bus state to on after loading remanent data.

When the communication state is switched to bus on after using the Load Remanent Data service the controller might not establish a connection to attached devices.

The problem is not reproducible in all cases. It might occur more often with loadable module (NXO). There is no Work around available.
