Unexpected timeout error when using Get Device Info service

            Description

            When using the Get Device Info service after issuing a Bus Scan service, the Get Device Info service response might contain an unexpected timeout error. The problem occurs when the scanned profinet device does not respond within 20 ms to a DCP Identify All with DelayResponseFactor == 1.

            According to Specification a DelayResponseFactor==1 remands a timeout of 400ms on the sender side.
