no API exists to generate PDPortMRPDataAdjust record in blockversion 1.1

According to GSDML specification depending on MRP capabilities of an IO Device one of the following sets of blockversions shall be used to configure MRP in an IO Device.

Using current IO Controller it is not possible to generate PDPortMrpDataAdjust in V1.1

GSDML specification states:

If the attribute SupportedRole contains the token “Manager (Auto)” and/or the attribute
MaxMRP_Instances is present the following blocks shall be generated:

• PDInterfaceMrpDataAdjust (V1.1)
• PDInterfaceMrpDataCheck (V1.1)
• PDPortMrpDataAdjust (V1.1)

Otherwise the following blocks shall be generated:

• PDInterfaceMrpDataAdjust (V1.0)
• PDInterfaceMrpDataCheck (V1.0)
• PDPortMrpDataAdjust (V1.0)
