[loadable module]: use unique identifiers for all kinds of hardware objects

Combination of loadable modules is intended (e.g. Profinet + Profibus).

However, not all expected combinations are currently useable because of naming conflicts for specific hardware objects. It is expected that PNMv3 uses unique names for its hardware ressources.
