[cifX] SlotId is cleared after System Start

            Description

            When the CIFX 50-RE Slot Id (rotary switch) is set to a non-zero value and the application requests a system start, the Device ID value in DPM Info Block is set to zero. Thus the device is not further recognized by Slot Id. It is expected that the Device ID value always has the value of the rotary switch.
