            Description

            If user application configures the automatic alarm handling flags such that alarm type 0x1E (Upload&Retrival) shall be passed to application and the firmware receives an Upload & Retrieval alarm, no alarm indication service is sent to the application and the alarm is confirmed by the protocol firmware. It is expected that the alarm is not confirmed by the protocol firmware and passed to the application for handling.
