Communication errors in Netload Class III Normal Scenario

            Description

            When running the Netload Class III Normal Scenario in a Setup with one device configured for IRT 250µs and one device configured for RT 1ms communication errors show when testcases with protocols DCP, IP, ARP and maybe PTCP Announce are run.

            Although this scenario is not an official tested one (because it is harder regarding the real load compared to the defined loads) optimization of firmware seems reasonable.
