[loadable module]: ReadImplicit service not working as expected (always returns ulPnio 0xFFFFFFFF)

            Description

            When using the loadable module firmware the ReadImplicit service is not working. It does not send any request to network and answers the request with ulPnio 0xFFFFFFFF.

            Loadable firmware (cifX, netX, ...) is not affected by this issue.
