Unexpected packet status in DCP Set Indication

            Description

            A registered application is informed by firmware about receipt of DCP Set Signal via mailbox and service DCP Set indication.

            The first time this happens the DCP Set Indication is received by host as expected. The second (and all later times) the DCP Set Indication has its packet status set to e.g. 0xC0000004 or 0xC0000202 which is unexpected for indications.
