First two data bytes of PNIO_APCTL_CMD_WRITE_REQ set to zero

When application uses the PNIO_APCTL_CMD_WRITE_REQ service to write a record object, the first two bytes of write data are overwritten with zero value. It is expected that the data is written as specified by application.
