Unexpected LED behavior when recondiguring while address conflict detected

When a new configuration is downloaded to the controller while an address conflict was detected before, the LEDs continue indicating an address conflict even if the conflict was solved by downloading the new configuration. It is expected that in such case the LEDs continue with normal operation.
