            Description

            If no Ethernet port of IO Controller offers 100MBit/s FullDuplex the IO Controller shall not establish any AR.
            Instead it shall abort the AR with error code 0xCF81FD24 "no port offers required Speed or duplexity" after receipt of ApplicationReady.
