Description
The CycleCounter needs to be provided to user application. This is required so that it can detect which phase is currently running (respectively from which phase the data it has just read is coming).
The cycle counter shall be put into DPM Input area. A configuration service needs to be defined. It shall only be possible to put CyclieCounter behind the cyclic IO data. Inbetween or upfront is not allowed.
