MauType Difference Mode activated if PDPortDataCheck configured

When the controllers port submodules are configured with PDPortDataCheck parameter, the Mau Type Difference Mode Check is activated regardless of the configuration setting.
It is expected that the check is only enabled if requested by the configuration.
