Multiple Diagnosis Data in one Alarm are not supported

When the controller receives an diagnosis alarm, only the first DiagnosisData ist passed to the application. According to the specification it is possible to encode multiple DiagnosisData of the same Type (UserStructId equal) into one Alarm. It is expected that the controller protocol stack passes all diagnos data to the application.
