After bus state change from on to off and on again an IO Device unresponsive to DCERPC services may get lost in configuration

            Description

            If a configuration contains an IO Device to connect that is misbehaving (not responding to RPC based connection establishment services at all) and now the firmware is set to Bus Off and Bus On afterwards the firmware may no longer try to establish a connection to this particular IO Device.
