Sometimes ChannelInit confirmation returns error 0xC0000001 and firmware is stuck

In case fragmented Profinet connection establishment to an IO Device is not working as expected (see precondition) it may happen that once communication is established if now a ChannelInit is requested it is executed but never finished. ChannelInit via Mailbox is responded with error 0xC0000001 but afterwards firmware is stuck. in this case and only power cycle can recover the firmware. No new configuration can be applied, further ChannelInit will not be accepted.

Precondition under which the error was observed: The fragmented connection establishment fails in the way that no Connect Response is sent by IO Device but only RPC Working. After IO Controller aborts the connection estabslishment this repeats several times and finally IO Device reports a CMDEV State Conflict.
