in case a ChannelInit is requested with several other special conditions a crash may happen

The firmware may crash if a ChannelInit is requested at the exact correct point in time while some other conditions are met as well.

The conditions that lead to crash are

• firmware is configured and connection to at least one configugred IO Device is not established
• the firmware has received a DCP Identify Response for the missing IO Device
• IO Device does not have the expected IP address
• the firmware has successfully checked the IP address via DCP
• firmware tries to set IP of IO Device with DCP Set

The firmware may crash if a ChannelInit is requested while the IO Device does not respond to DCP Set although it responded to DCP Identify
