unexpected LED behavior for diagnosis disappear

            Description

            In case a diagnosis is reported and later is reported to "disappear" the SF LED handled by the firmware should be off.

            Observed behavior is that LED stays on.

            This issue was introduced when fixing  PSPNM-709  and thus only V2.7.0.11 is affected.
