No separate configuration of PHY settings for ports 0 and 1 possible

Configure ethernet ports 0 and 1 with different settings (MAU type AUTO and 100 MBit/s Full Duplex).

In SYCON.net PNM DTM:
"Controller Settings" -> "Port Settings"

Or packet configuration:
PNM_APCTL_CMD_SET_CONFIG_PNM_EXT_REQ parameters usMAUTypePort0 and usMAUTypePort1.

Port 1 configuration is never used.
Port 0 and 1 will have the same setting as configured for port 0.

Can be checked by connecting to a PNIO device with 100 MBit/s Full Duplex setting on both ports.
When both connected ports of two devices are 100 MBit/s Full Duplex, link is only possible between port 0 on one device and port 1 on the other (using a patch cable).
