      Description

if a user wants to read the topology of the network via ReadRecord using the IO-Cotnroller he can read the PDEV-Data of every IO-Device found.

But there is no easy way to find out to which node(s) the IO-Controller is connected to.

specify a packet and command code, describe it in API manual. Information can be read from LLDP. APCTL shall register itself at LLDP to get updates in case the neighbours change.
