[GCI adapter]: HIL_STORE_REMANENT_DATA_RES is not registered at GCI interface

            Description

            When DPM application handles the remanent data it will respond with HIL_STORE_REMANENT_DATA_RES. This response is not received by GCI adapter because GenAP throws it away.

            GCI adapter does not register this service properly at GCI interface.
