[GCI] Infinite loop when handling remanent data

Under certain conditions an infinite loop might occur in the GCI adapter when handling remanent data and associated services. When the issue occurs, all tasks with lower priority than the Medium Prio Worker are blocked forever.

The problem might occur when a DCP Factory Reset is received by the device but it is not limited to this usecase.
