no PNS_IF_AR_ABORT_IND generated when bus state is changed to OFF via mailbox

            Description

            If application chanes the bus state to OFF while an AR is running, it is expected that firmware generates a PNS_IF_AR_ABORT_IND via mailbox to application.

            This works fine if application uses COS flags to change bus state (via xChannelBusState()) but when using mailbox service HIL_START_STOP_COMM_REQ to change bus state, no PNS_IF_AR_ABORT_IND is generated.
