Protocol API Manual issues in service Set IOXS Config request

The definition of service "Set IOXS Config request" has some issues to resolve:

• The allowed values for ulIOPSMode and ulIOCSMode are stated as 0..2 but manual does not describe which value has which effect
  • we need to add the definitions from API header to the document: PNS_IF_IOPS_MODE_E, PNS_IF_IOCS_MODE_E
• The introductional text states in last sentence "An example is provided in section <[sec-configuration-of-process-data-images]>."
  • instead of acutally linking to a section, only an internal abreviation is mentioned
  • fix the link
• same link problem in description of fields ulConsImageIOPSOffset, ulProvImageIOPSOffset, ulConsImageIOCSOffset and ulProvImageIOCSOffset
