clarification in API documentation and API header regarding required packet length of PNS_IF_AR_ABORT_CONNECTION_REQ

    Details

      Description

The API Manual and API Header still document legacy behavior that packet length of 4 byte is supported and the field ulPnio is optional.

This is no longer the case for quite some time and is a leftover of PNSV3.

Documentation shall state that only packet length 8 is supported with no exception.

Change of request after consultation (BMeyer):
Things stay as they are, no changes to the source code .
The packet lengths 4 and 8 bytes are allowed. With a length of 4 the parameter ulPnio is ignored and as already implemented by Fw the value PNIO_E_RTA_PROTOCOL_RESERVED_0 (0xCF81FD00) is transmitted.
      Adapt documentation and header file.
