            Description

            Current implementation only accepts a TLV based database if the last packet in TLV database is HIL_CHANNEL_INIT_REQ. If this requirement is not met, the database evaluation is aborted.

            With this ticket, the behavior shall be changed as follows:

            • if last packet in database is HIL_CHANNEL_INIT_REQ, simply ignore it
            • if HIL_CHANNEL_INIT_REQ is not part of database, accept the database
            • after database evaluation, if no error is found, activate the configuration parameters found in database
