            Description

            In order to explictily distinguish process alarms with out payload from ones with payload, a new user struct id definition PNS_IF_ALARM_USER_STRUCTURE_ID_NO_ALARM_DATA is introduced. The firmware will validate the application uses this specific value when no payload is specified.
