            Description

            After loading a database configuration, some of the Set OEM Parameter services may be rejected unexpectedly with ERR_HIL_OPERATION_NOT_POSSIBLE_IN_CURRENT_STATE. However, in case of database configuration Set OEM Parameter service may be used until protocol communication is started by application.
