            Description

            new Set OEM ParameterType shall be implemented. It shall allow to enable/disable the DCP OEM ID block. By default (if service is never used at all), DCP OEM ID block shall not be reported.

            The service shall only be allowed to be used in state "Bus off", otherwise it shall be rejected (similar to most other Set OEM Parameters).
