GCI Application Error is not mapped correctly to GCI LED indication

            Description

            In case GCI Application reports a critical error, this shall be mapped to the LED behavior of DPM Watchdog error.

            Currently, this is not the case and although the protocol stack goes into safe state, the LED behavior is not reflecting this.
