            Description

            When using the Send Alarm service (command PNS_IF_SEND_USER_ALARM_REQ) on GCI interface and an invalid user structure specifier is used by the application an alarm with invalid coding is sent.

            it is expected that sending an alarm using an invalid user structure identifier is rejected by the GCI interface.
