If firmware is configured with database (or with packet) and the following sequence is executed the RUN flag is not set in DPM although expected.

• start cyclic communication with IO Controller
• disconnect controller to stop cyclic communication
• Perform Channel Init 2 times

Observed behavior: RUN flag in Device COS Flags is not set, until cyclic communication with controller starts.

Expected behavior: RUN flag to be set, when device is configured.
