Reject/Ignore invalid manufacturer specific diagnosis values

Considering the allowed codings for manufacturer specific diagnosis, the specification requires that:

• For each diagnosis source only one diagnosis entry per USI is allowed
• the channelnumber must be "0x8000" ("Submodule")
• direction must be "manufacturer specific"
• accumulative must be "false"
• severity must be "fault"

Currently the implementation accepts invalid combinations.
