AR Set Status Response not handled

            Description

            The AR Set Status service response packet is not handled within the GCI adapter. Instead the response is processed in "default" (error) branch of command code switch.

            It needs to be handled in its own case which should also check if re-sending the indication is necessary. (AR set status could have been changed again while application was handling the current indication)
