Drop support for SetOemPrm Type 17

            Description

            Due to new definitions for expected firmware behavior the SetOem ParameterType 17 is obsolete. The new firmware behavior defines that on "bus off" the IP stack stays configured. This is the same behavior that was previously activated by ParameterType 17. The IP address shall be configured to "0.0.0.0" Only in case a Channel Init is executed with configuration (database or packet).

            When this service is received, it shall be rejected with "Invalid Parameter".
