Wrong Initiator IP address is reported using AR_CHECK_IND

            Description

            During AR establishment, the stack reports an incorrect Initiator (IO-Controller) IP address to the application using  AR_CHECK_IND.
            The reported IP address (set to zero) does not match the actual IP address of the connected Initiator.
