add clarification to technical datasheet that number of submodules is actually number of IO submodules

The technical datasheet shall make clear that "Maximum number of submodules" is actually "Maximum number of IO submodules".

The submodules for DAP, Interface and Ethernetports will automatically have its own ressources in addition to those configured in taglist setting.

So, if taglist configured 32 submodules, it will be possible to configure those 32 submodules of application plus one DAP submodule, one interface submodule and two port submodules (for non-singleport firmwares).

This shall be made clear in datasheet
