            Description

            When the Profinet IO Controller gracefully shuts down an AR established with an IO-Device it waits for the IO-Device to confirm the RPC Release.req. This will also delay the transition to Bus-Off state. Thus when the device takes long time to respond this request, switching the controller to Bus-Off or Reconfiguring it may take a very long time.

            In case of RPC Release.req the controller should not wait a long time to for the device to perform the operation.
