Write to object CIMSNMPAdjust rejected for CIM DA AR

In case a CIM DA AR is established and tries to write SecurityClass 1 object CIMSNMPAdjust, this write is rejected by the protocol stack with "access denied".

However, it is expected that a CIM DA AR can write this CIM object.
