When object CIMSNMPAdjust was written by an AR and afterwards, a DCP ResetFactory (DCPOption 5, DCPSuboption 6, BlockQualifier 4 (ResetMode 2) is issued, the stack correctly disabled SNMP (which is factory default for SecurityClass 1 enabled state).

However, if in this state object CIMSNMPAdjust is read via network, a response is sent back stating SNMP is disabled. Expected result is an empty record (as content of CIMSNMPAdjust was cleared).
