            Description

            When a device delays the Parameter End response (PrmEnd.rsp) longer than 1/3 of the CMI Timeout (20 seconds), the CTLSM will afterwards no more generate Trigger Read requests. In turn the Device may abort the establishing connection due to missing keep alive.
